I started my recruitment career straight after graduating, working in the City recruiting IT professionals into the banking sector. After a stint working for an agency in Surrey recruiting I established Pytec with my brother Henrik and I continued to specialise in supplying IT professionals into the financial sector, focusing particularly on networking staff.

Now I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Pytec ensuring our sales teams have the infrastructure they need, new business opportunities are maximised and clients receive the best possible service.
